My client is a mid-tier commercial firm with a solid profile and full service offering which includes a sizeable Real Estate department and aligned Property Litigation team.
Led by one Partner, they're creating a new role for a mid-level addition to the unit, someone who'll be able to run their own contentious property matters with limited supervision, and who'll also support the partner by assisting a couple of less experienced colleagues - this involvement in supervisory duties is essential as it will allow the partner more time for outward facing activities and business development.
Associate or possibly Senior Associate is the most likely level of appointment though the firm does have Legal Directors and that can be on the agenda for discussion.
You'll be joining a well liked, progressive firm, where targets are modest and which has proven popular over the years with those leaving the larger brands in favour of a better balance.
