My client is a sizeable Yorkshire firm with multiple office locations and a broad service spread across commercial and private clients. Their Corporate Commercial team is led by two Partners, with another five Fee Earners handling transactional corporate work as well as some non-transactional commercial and contracts matters.
They're specifically looking to reinforce the team with a 2025 NQ through to possibly a 3yrPQE Solicitor. Experience of a mix of corporate work would be valuable, and they're wanting someone who has had some client contact to date and who wants to continue with that exposure. They're acting for a range of SME/OMB clients, as well as some larger businesses and sports sector organizations. Everyone in the team will have client contact and you will be expected to get involved in collective networking efforts and attendance at firm events.
You'll be joining and very friendly and supportive firm, which has a healthy attitude towards flexibility for its employees, and which wants to empower it's people and encourage everyone to have a voice and to feel they can contribute their ideas to the business. Being a regional firm it's lower pressure than some of the larger national or international brands, so if you want work-life balance then that is more assured here than in the upstream brands.
Feel free to contact me to discuss in more detail.
Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
