Exceptional Commercial Disputes department which is handling a quality of work to compete with most brands in the North, and which as part of its further growth would be interested in senior hires who'll have a proven track record in profile raising and work winning. Litigators understandably struggle to guarantee a 'following' but you should at least be confident of your ability to find work from your professional network.
Technical excellence and confidence will be taken as a given as you will not be receiving daily supervision, though you will be encouraged to confer with other senior colleagues which in CDR is regarded as a strength as opposed to a weakness in this particular department. There'll also be larger pieces of work where you'll be functioning in a team.
