Backgrounds we look to recruit from
- Experienced Legal Recruiters: Yes please, we’re always happy to speak with someone who is already in our market.
- Recruitment Consultants: We look for people with a successful track record in another executive recruitment business. No experience in the legal sector is necessary, so long as you have the enthusiasm to learn a new market quickly, with our help and encouragement. Backgrounds in finance, trademarks, sales, marketing, property, technology or human resources are the best fit for our business.
- Legal professionals: If you’re a lawyer, the ideal background is a qualified solicitor at any level of PQE who has trained with a law firm and understands what drives lawyers, law firms and their clients. The ‘best fit’ is someone well networked and sociable who was always destined to be more ‘relationship builder’ than ‘technician’. If you’re up to 3 years qualified, your earnings could be at least double that of you contemporaries, once you’re up to speed.
