Florit Brooke is expanding into larger offices in Leeds!
Florit Brooke is expanding in Leeds and has moved to new premises to accommodate a larger legal recruitment team.
We’ve moved our Leeds team from offices on South Parade to new, larger premises at No.1 Aire Street.
Having launched in 2007, we now have offices in Leeds and Manchester, with plans to add up to four more legal recruitment consultants to our six-strong Leeds team over the coming year, before we look to grow our business even further on each side of the Pennines.
Florit Brooke partner Miguel Florit said:
“On the back of a successful track record of work and a growing list of satisfied clients and candidates, the business is flourishing. The new office will give us the space we need for our expanding Leeds team, and its location in the heart of the city and next to the station is perfect, putting us within easy reach of our clients and candidates, as well as our Manchester office.”
The Aire Street offices were a recent redevelopment by The Office Group, which runs offices in various locations in and around central London and close to railway stations in a growing number of regional cities. The office forms part of the art deco extension of the Queens Hotel building, overlooking City Square.
Once moved, Miguel adds that the firm will initially be looking to hire a further two highly motivated legal recruitment consultants and/or trainees.
“We’re always interested in speaking to people who have worked in the legal profession or as a professional services recruiter. You might have worked as a solicitor or trainee solicitor in private practice and simply found that you excelled at developing new and existing client relationships more than handling ‘black letter’ law. We’re equally open to talking confidentially to experienced legal recruitment consultants looking to achieve greater personal impact and rewards than perhaps they do at present.”
The modern and stylish look of the accommodation really suits us as a company, and we’re looking forward to getting to know our new neighbours, who include new media, technology and design businesses, as well as one of Leeds’ newest, modern law firms ALT Legal.
We’re very excited about this new chapter in the expansion of our business – not least because we now have use of a roof terrace and barbecue area offering views right across the city, and giving us ample opportunity for entertaining and soaking up a ray of sunshine between meetings. We hope to be able to have clients round to see the roof terrace soon… just so long as it stops snowing!
