Salary: £27000 - £37000
Our client is a busy and expanding firm with a real strength in residential property work. They act for clients locally and nationally, from typical value purchases to multi-million pound transactions. Whilst they are busy and wanting to take on increasing volumes of instructions they remain committed to good client care, and having a friendly and efficient approach.
They’re looking for at least one additional fee earner who will head a pod of two less experienced assistants to manage a caseload of sales and purchases. Preferred would be a qualified Solicitor as this is a full technical role and there’ll be plenty of direct client contact whether that’s with private individuals, intermediaries or institutions. Communication skills are of paramount importance. For those earlier on in their careers (cNQ) there is an appreciation you’ll want to develop your skills and this firm is prepared to allow that and to support you.
You’ll receive a laptop to facilitate remote working, and on site parking can be part of your package if that enables an easier daily commute. The firm has a dress down policy as a nod to its modern approach to running a practice, and they are keen to be using technology in the best way possible so a good degree of IT literacy is important.
This firm is still evolving and so they are receptive to new ideas and there is genuine opportunity here for ambitious residential property lawyers to make their mark.
