Including dealing with general HR advice to contentious employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and breach of contract.
The head of the team is particularly keen to hear from employment solicitors that have previous experience in the health and public sector. The successful applicant will have strong academics and will be an independent thinker that is able focus on generating commercial solutions on problems to clients. You will be involved in marketing and networking activities and as such, confident communication skills at all levels are essential.
