We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking & national law firm for an Employment Solicitor to be based in their central Leeds office.
Within this role you will be responsible for your own caseload, advising on routine employment matters as well as TUPE advice and drafting defences to Tribunal claims. You can expect to be advising on industrial relations, restructures as well as supporting the Partners in the team on the larger and more complex matters as and when required. The work is both contentious and non-contentious, acting for a wide range of clients including local authorities, several ‘not for profit’ organisations and a mix of corporates, you can expect a lot of client contact within this role.
Due to the structure of the team, my client is seeking a qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE with the ability to manage their own caseload of employment law files. Candidates will need to have experience of handling a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Although a firm with national coverage, their Leeds office is growing and so this is a really exciting time to join them.
