An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment solicitor at the c.2-6yrs PQE level to join a leading firm at their Leeds office.
The firm are Legal 500 & Chambers rated across a number of disciplines and have a strong national presence. The firm acts primarily for public sector and NHS clients and have become trusted advisors.
The employment team undertake the full range of respondent work on behalf of their clients, including dealing with general HR advice to contentious employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and breach of contract.
A position has opened up for an experienced employment solicitor, ideally at the 2+PQE level, to join the team in Manchester. The head of the team is particularly keen to hear from employment solicitors that have previous experience in the health and public sector. The successful applicant will have strong academics and will be an independent thinker that is able focus on generating commercial solutions on problems to clients. You will be involved in marketing and networking activities and as such, confident communication skills at all levels are essential.
